Oui MAIS &#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans ses derni&egrave;res recommandations en date, l&#39;OCDE invite la R&eacute;gion de Bruxelles-Capitale, &agrave;, entre autres, instaurer un p&eacute;age urbain en compl&eacute;ment d&#39;autres mesures li&eacute;es &agrave; la mobilit&eacute; (qui est, actuellement, plus de l&#39;immobilit&eacute; que de la v&eacute;ritable mobilit&eacute;).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"userContent\">Pourquoi pas un p&eacute;age urbain &agrave; Bruxelles ? D&#39;autres grandes villes l&#39;ont fait et cela semble fonctionner pas trop mal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>MAIS il FAUT, au pr&eacute;alable, am&eacute;liorer l&#39;offre de transports publics pour pouvoir absorber tous ces automobilistes qu&#39;on aura laiss&eacute;s au<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">x portes de Bruxelles &#8230; Et, comme &agrave; Bruxelles on fait toujours tout &agrave; l&#39;envers en mati&egrave;re de mobilit&eacute;, on instaurera un p&eacute;age avant de se rendre compte que l&#39;offre de transports publics est insuffisante et ce sera la gal&egrave;re pendant des ann&eacute;es &#8230; (j&#39;entends d&eacute;j&agrave; les pseudo-arguments : &#39;il faudra attendre les recettes du p&eacute;age pour avoir les moyens de d&eacute;velopper l&#39;offre de transport&#8230;&#39; du grand n&#39;importe quoi car, pour des conneries, on parvient &agrave; emprunter, mais ici, on ne le pourrait pas ???)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><u>Mise &agrave; jour du 14 juillet 2013<\/u> : le gouvernement r&eacute;gional bruxellois, profitant de la torpeur estivale, vient d&#39;annoncer son intention de cr&eacute;er un p&eacute;age urbain &agrave; Bruxelles mais, comme on pouvait s&#39;y attendre, sans, au pr&eacute;alable, offrir une quelconque alternative en mati&egrave;re de transports en commun aux automobilistes qui ne pourraient\/voudraient s&#39;acquitter de cette nouvelle taxe &agrave; peine d&eacute;guis&eacute;e &#8230; <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans ses derni&egrave;res recommandations en date, l&#39;OCDE invite la R&eacute;gion de Bruxelles-Capitale, &agrave;, entre autres, instaurer un p&eacute;age urbain en compl&eacute;ment d&#39;autres mesures li&eacute;es &agrave; la mobilit&eacute; (qui est, actuellement, plus de l&#39;immobilit&eacute; que de la v&eacute;ritable mobilit&eacute;).
